- Deliver professional and friendly table service from arrival to departure
- Greet and seat guests, present menus, and provide detailed information on dishes and ingredients
- Recommend suitable wines, beers, and spirits that complement South Asian dishes
- Take accurate orders and liaise with kitchen and bar teams for smooth, timely service
- Manage special requests and dietary needs with care
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in service areas
- Process payments accurately and ensure a positive guest experience
- Support your team in a respectful, fast-paced, and quality-focused environment
- 1–2 years of experience in a busy, high-profile hospitality setting.
- Experience serving alcohol and working in fast-paced dining environments.
- Well-conversant in serving wines, beers, and spirits in line with Estonian regulations.
- Experience with South Asian cuisine is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluent in Estonian and English for effective guest and team communication.
- Genuine passion for food, beverage, and guest service.
- Team player who is punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Strong sense of urgency and multitasking abilities.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Must be at least 21 years old due to alcohol service responsibilities.
- Must have or obtain a valid medical certificate for food handlers (tervisetõend).
- Completion of Toiduhügieeni koolitus (Estonian food hygiene training) is required before onboarding.
