Location: Tallinn, Estonia Positions Available: Full-Time & Part-Time Salary: Competitive and based on experience We are looking for enthusiastic, guest-focused waiting staff to join the front-of-house team at Pindiwal, a new South Asian restaurant in Tallinn. What You’ll Do
  • Deliver professional and friendly table service from arrival to departure
  • Greet and seat guests, present menus, and provide detailed information on dishes and ingredients
  • Recommend suitable wines, beers, and spirits that complement South Asian dishes
  • Take accurate orders and liaise with kitchen and bar teams for smooth, timely service
  • Manage special requests and dietary needs with care
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in service areas
  • Process payments accurately and ensure a positive guest experience
  • Support your team in a respectful, fast-paced, and quality-focused environment
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2 years of experience in a busy, high-profile hospitality setting.
  • Experience serving alcohol and working in fast-paced dining environments.
  • Well-conversant in serving wines, beers, and spirits in line with Estonian regulations.
  • Experience with South Asian cuisine is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fluent in Estonian and English for effective guest and team communication.
  • Genuine passion for food, beverage, and guest service.
  • Team player who is punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Strong sense of urgency and multitasking abilities.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Must be at least 21 years old due to alcohol service responsibilities.
  • Must have or obtain a valid medical certificate for food handlers (tervisetõend).
  • Completion of Toiduhügieeni koolitus (Estonian food hygiene training) is required before onboarding.
